HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
The boys and girls were so excited leading up to today! We sat together in a nice circle and each student handed out their Valentines. It was so special. They said thank you and were so patient waiting for their turn to hand out the Valentines. What a great group of students!
Let the games begin! In PE class, Miss Mann led the charge for the winter Olympics! The students were able to "pass the torch" and she taught the boys and girls all about curling. The students had so much fun! We hope you are able to catch some of the winter games this weekend!

This week we started writing sentences using the Montessori Movable Alphabet that coincided with the stories we are working on in our reading groups. Some students wrote about building something fun with blocks, magna tiles, and even cardboard boxes. Another group is working on writing a fun fact about an animal from their story. Next week we will add more fun sentences from our stories!
