In science class, we worked with a balancing scale. We used objects from the classroom and compared their weight to 10 popcorn kernels. The objects were: rubber band, unifix cube, crayon, craft stick, penny, cotton ball, a plastic link and a paperclip. The students enjoyed making predictions to see which item would be the heaviest! Did you know a crayon weighs more than 10 popcorn kernels!!!

On Tuesday, November 24th, we will be having a Thanksgiving Prayer Service at 10:00 a.m. A link to view the live stream will be sent home. Dismissal on that day will be at 12:00 noon. There will be no lunch or HCA Plus.
Please put a fresh clean mask on your child each day. With the colder weather coming, we want to keep our friends healthy!
Please send in a coat with your child every day. We go outside for a morning and lunch recess.
Please send in a change of clothes bag for your child with warmer clothing.
For lunch, please send in items your child can open or place them in a Ziploc baggie.
