The Kindergarten students did their part to support the Alzheimer's Tag Day.  We all enjoyed a nice tasty treat from the bake sale.

Everything looks delicious!

This week in science we used magnetic wands to see if specific items were magnetic.  We learned that an item must be made out of iron, nickel, and cobalt in order to stick to our wands.  Some items that were magnetic were:  a paper clip, scissors, and a magnet.  Some items that were not magnetic were:  pencil, book, key, and an eraser.  We also tested items from around the room.  Magnets are fun!

The Kindergarten students are working on creating Halloween sentences using the moveable alphabet.  We came up with a fantastic list of Halloween words that are written on a chart for the students to use!  This week our words of the week are:  here, to.  The letter of the week is P.
