January 21st - 24th

We had such a wonderful time at the Early Childhood Parent Visitation Day!!!  I want to thank the Kindergarten parents for celebrating with us. The students were able to share a peek inside the window of  our kindergarten classroom.  We were so excited to share with you how we use the Montessori Bank Game and Movable Alphabet and to share in our joy of Mrs. Clay's music class!

"Oh the weather outside is frightful..."  With our weather being so cold and snowy, we thought it would be a great idea to share some of our Montessori movable alphabet sentences with you!  Each student chose a word from our Winter Word chart.  Then created their own sentence!

"I'm building a snowman."

"I like building a snowman."

"Hot chocolate is good in winter."

"Hot chocolate is yummy."

"I like hot chocolate."

"I like snow.  I like making a snowman."

"I like drinking hot chocolate."

"We like to go sledding."

"It's so freezing outside."

"I like hot chocolate because it is hot."

"We like to kick icicles."

"I like icicles."

"I like hot chocolate with marshmallows."

"I like seeing snow."

"I was drinking hot chocolate at home."

"I like to play in a snowball fight."

"I like having fun in the snow."

"Ice skating is fun."
