I hope everyone had a nice Easter! We left for our Easter break but not before having a fun Easter egg hunt with the HCA's Easter Bunny! It was a lot of fun!
We had some terrific mystery readers over the last two weeks! Nate's dad and Owen's dad came in before the holiday break. We heard two fantastic stories, Mind Your Manners and Charles T. Cup. Both stories gave us very important messages. Thank you, Dads for coming in to read to us!
This week we had two more mystery readers! A huge thank you to Nasir's mom and Logan's mom and dad for coming in to read to the class! It's such a fun way to start our day!
SPIRIT WEEK FUN!
For Spirit Week, the students had fun dressing up as BBQ Dads and Soccer Moms, Disney fun, Throwback Thursday, and crazy hat day!
We celebrated Owen's birthday with a fun game of The Floor Is Lava! Thank you, Owen for celebrating your birthday with us!
Charlotte's Web Movable Alphabet sentences! As we get to know each character a little better, the students chose a character from the story and wrote a sentence phonetically! We are really enjoying the story so far!
