February 21st - 25th

What a fun week at Holy Child Academy!  We celebrated 2/22/22 and the 100th day of school all on the same day!!  Celebration overload!!!  The students came in dressed in T-shirts, ties, tutus and tiaras!  We started our day with our Pre-K friends by singing and dancing to some great "two" songs and made fun 2/22/22 crowns!  We drew pictures of 22 things we would like and would not like!  We even went on a scavenger hunt searching for the number 2!

Taylor wishes she had 22 rainbows but would not want 22 spiders!

Justine wishes she had 22 teddy bears but would not want 22 coats!

Ava wishes she had 22 days of vacation but would not want 22 spiders!

Charlie wishes he had 22 wands but would not want 22 scary things!

Alexandra wishes she had 22 unicorns but would not want 22 worms or snakes!

Amor'ah wishes she had 22 houses but would not want 22 snakes!

Next we celebrated the 100th day of school by reading a Kindergarten favorite, "Miss Bindergarten Gets Ready for the 100th day of Kindergarten."  The boys and girls drew pictures of what they would do if they had $100.00!  A super fun day for everyone!

They're here!!  Our eggs arrived from Quiver Farm!  The farmer brought the eggs and the incubator and told us how to take care of the eggs.  The Pre-K and Kindergarten classes are responsible for turning the eggs three times a day.  We can't wait for them to hatch!
